How is this different from a CRM or a form builder?
CRMs are made for sales reps. This is built for field techs. It’s faster, simpler, and doesn’t require logins or apps. You get real-time visibility and lead routing with no training needed.
HOW IT WORKS
How do technicians submit a lead?
Each tech has a company-branded QR code. When they scan it, a quick form opens on their phone. They enter a few details, tap submit, and that’s it – done in under 30 seconds.
What happens after a lead is submitted?
The lead is instantly emailed to the assigned manager or sales rep and automatically logged into a live Google Sheet or custom dashboard. Each lead is organized by technician, date, job type, and more — giving your sales team everything they need to follow up and close the sale.
Do techs or managers need to log in?
Nope. Techs scan and submit with no login. Managers receive alerts by email and can view leads in real-time on your custom dashboard.

How much does it cost?
Plans start at $2,500 for setup and $497/month for a single location.
This includes your branded lead portal, QR cards for technicians, a live sales dashboard, lead assignment automation, and your first month of service.
Multi-location pricing is available once your first location is live. We also offer add-ons for SMS alerts, CRM integrations, and high-volume teams.
Is there a setup fee for additional locations?
Yes. Each new location includes a one-time setup and onboarding fee.
This covers everything needed to get your team fully operational: portal configuration, QR code distribution, lead routing setup, email alert rules, and support for technician rollout.
Most teams are up and running within two business days.
Do I need a long-term contract?
Not at all. We work month-to-month. You stay because it works – not because you’re locked in.
SETUP & SUPPORT
How fast can we go live?
Usually within 72 hours. We’ll deliver your QR codes, dashboard access, and lead routing setup – all branded for your company.
Do you train our team or managers?
Yes. Your onboarding includes live support from an expert who will guide your managers through the system, assist with QR code distribution, and ensure technicians know exactly how to submit leads.
We also provide training for sales managers on how to manage the lead dashboard, assign leads, and enter the proposed dollar amount for each submission. From there, it’s up to your team to follow up and close the sale using your internal CRM.

Who owns the lead data, and is it secure?
You own 100% of your lead data — always. Submissions are stored securely in a live dashboard that only your team can access.
You can choose to use our encrypted Google Workspace environment or connect everything to your own systems. Your data is yours, secured, and never shared with anyone, ever.
